All Lights-China.com products come with a three year limited warranty to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

Lights-China.com’s entire liability and the customer’s exclusive remedy shall be, at Lights-China.com’s option, either the (a) repair or (b) replacement of the product, which is returned to Lights-China.com freight prepaid with a copy of the original purchase receipt.

If failure has resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication, Lights-China.com shall have no obligation to repair or replace. In no event shall Lights-China.com be responsible for incidental or consequential damage caused by defects in its products, whether the damage occurs or is discovered before or after replacement or repair, and whether or not the damage is caused by the negligence of Lights-China.com.
